About boatmarket24
Your independent boat marketplace.
boatmarket24.com is a free online marketplace for buying and selling boats. We connect buyers and sellers directly – no commission, no hidden fees, no middlemen.
The European boat market is one of the most exciting in the world. Sailboats, motorboats, classic yachts and modern cruisers change hands every year across Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Croatia and beyond. But finding the right boat – or the right buyer – has always been harder than it should be.
Listings are scattered across dozens of national platforms. Language barriers. Broker fees that eat into the sale price. Buyers who cannot find what they are looking for, and sellers who cannot reach the right audience.
boatmarket24.com was built to solve exactly that: one clean marketplace in English, open to sellers from all over Europe and the world, with free basic listings and no commission when your boat sells.
Our principles
- Free basic listing. Every private seller can list a boat for free for 12 months. Paid options only add more photos and visibility.
- No commission. Ever. Buyers and sellers deal directly. We never take a share of a sale.
- Quick and easy. Our model database fills in the dimensions and specifications of more than 2,000 sailboats and motorboats.
- Honest listings. We check new listings and remove spam, duplicates and fake offers.
- Privacy first. We only use the cookies we need, and you decide about the rest.

No commission. Ever.
This is our core promise. boatmarket24.com never charges commission on sales – no percentage of the sale price, no success fees, no hidden costs at the last moment.
When you sell through a traditional broker, you typically pay 8–10 % of the final sale price. On a €50,000 boat that is up to €5,000; on a €150,000 yacht it is €15,000. On boatmarket24.com that money stays with you.
