I am the second owner of this yacht in 40 years (have had it for 10 years). She is a great boat due to the care she has always received. She is currently ashore and ready for inspection. I am selling due to a move abroad ☹️

The teak decks are sound; the cockpit/wheelhouse wood coating is flaking and would benefit from a light refresh, but the underlying structure is solid.
